Governance
How we ensure transparency, accountability, and member-driven leadership.
WIM Ghana is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership every two years. The Board oversees strategic direction, financial stewardship, and compliance with the organisation's constitution.
Operational management is handled by the Executive Committee, led by the President, with support from five standing committees. All members in good standing have the right to vote in Board elections and participate in Annual General Meetings.
