- Act as Advocates for women in the extractives sector.
- Coordinate the activities of women in mining across the value chain in the country and beyond.
- Advocate total participation of the private sector in all aspects of the mining sector.
- Promote environmentally sustainable practices and education to protect National natural resource environment.
- Promote policies and laws on sustainable mining practices and gender mainstreaming.
- Offer mentoring, career guidance and counselling for girls from Junior High School to Tertiary level and also Peer to Peer mentoring and Mentoring of Juniors by Senior Mining Personnel across Companies and In-House.
- Interact with Governmental bodies, Non-governmental organisations, Embassies, High Commissions and Development partners to promote women’s programmes within the mining industry.
